About

Quick & Easy To Install

Using the most sophisticated technology, we have devised a system that interfaces and clips together. Please see our DIY conservatory specifications for the full list of unique product points.

Every hardwood conservatory comes with a 10-year guarantee (please contact us for details) and can be manufactured to your bespoke sizes — whether you have architect drawings already, or you’re working from a standard size concept. We can support projects large or small, supply-only or with installation, depending on requirements.

We can include many design options such as fluted posts, dentil moulding, and cornice detailing to the gable or ring beam. The options are extensive, allowing you to create a conservatory that is genuinely individual.

Conservatory Kit

All products are fully paint refinished and can be painted in standard colours, or we can match colours to your reference numbers. As the client, you control the specification — choose from our established options or create a conservatory tailored to your brief — either way, self-build can offer significant savings versus full installation routes.

Simple Process

  1. Share your outline dimensions & preferred style
  2. Confirm measurement details (we’ll advise what’s needed for accurate production)
  3. CAD drawings issued for review (3D views/cross sections where required)
  4. Sign-off (spec locked for manufacture)
  5. Manufacture & preparation in our UK facility
  6. Delivery + install support to keep the build moving

Planning Permission & Building Regulations

Many conservatories can be exempt from Building Regulations when specific conditions are met (e.g., typically ground level, under 30m², separated from the house by external-quality doors/windows, with compliant glazing/electrics). Requirements can vary by project, so we recommend confirming early with Building Control where needed.

Yes. We supply both the DIY and trade timber market, with kits designed to be straightforward to install and finished to a high standard.

What’s the difference between DIY Conservatories and Trade Conservatory Kits?

Both routes are supply-led. The Trade page focuses on partner supply and kit specifications, while the DIY page is aimed at self-build and installer-led projects. If you need a full kit specification list, refer to the Trade Conservatory Kits information.

Do you provide drawings to support installation?

Yes. Country Hardwood supplies CAD drawings (including 3D views and overall building cross sections where required) to support accurate manufacture and installation planning.

What glazing do your conservatory kits include?

Trade conservatory kits are supplied with 28mm double glazed units as standard. For specification guidance and performance considerations, see Conservatory Glazing.
