Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure your conservatory is kept in the very best condition for years to come.

•	We recommend external painting with an outdoor micro porous paint every five years. The hardwood does not need to be sanded, just a brush over and washed down to ensure the removal of dirt and debris and then a single coat of paint.
•	Clean windows and roof regularly.
•	Ensure guttering is kept clear of leaves and debris to ensure the free flow of rainwater into drains.
